- How long are the talks going to be?
Invited talks have been given 25 minute time slots, and contributed
talks have been given 20 minute time slots.
- Can you please send me a letter of invitation to use in obtaining a
visa to travel to the USA?
Sure! Please send an email to chapman-help@agu.org asking for a
letter. They will be in touch very soon. Also, see the AGU webpage on

- When will I find out if I received a travel award?
You should have been notified already. Please email the conveners if
you have not.
- When will I find out if my abstract was accepted and when the
talk/poster is scheduled?
You should have been notified already. Please notify the conveners if
you have not.
- When will information about registration appear?
Registration information has been posted here, and at the AGU website for Chapman
conferences, here.
- How large are the poster boards?
Poster boards will be 4 feet high by 8 feet wide.
- Is there a 1-day registration option?
Unfortunately not. The registration fee of $300 covers attendance for
the entire 4-day meeting, including the banquet on Thursday evening,
refreshments at morning breaks, and refreshments at Wednesday's poster
session.
