Anisotropic Particle Injection in Solar Flares

Abstract:
Would like to discuss how RHESSI data (asymmetric footpoints in
particular) tell us something definite about the nature of the particle
injection profile which has consequences for acceleration models.  Could
also discuss photon saturation effects in big flares and relationship to
electron beam instability using RHESSI data.  Also interested in
discussing the UV/HXR relationship in flares from combined RHESSI/TRACE
analysis.
