Paper Title: Comparison of hard X-ray and submm emission form the 2002 November 2nd flare Author List: Silva, A. V. R., Gimenez de Castro, C. G., Gary, D. E., Kaufmann, P. Abstract: The 2002 November 2nd flare is one of the great flares that occurred during the very productive period of October-November 2002. This flare was simultaneously observed by RHESSI above 800 keV, at microwaves by the OVSA, and by the Solar Submillimetric Telescope at 212 and 405 GHz. Time profiles, source position, and spectra at both hard X-ray and radio wavelengths are analyzed. The radio spectra is typical of gyrosynchrotron emission with a decreasing spectra at submm wavelengths. We discuss the comparison with hard X-ray spectra at high energies, in order to infer particle acceleration mechanisms. Poster: Yes
