Title: RHESSI Evidence for Magnetic Reconnection in a Large-Scale
Current Sheet

Abstract: We will present observations of several solar flares from
RHESSI that indicate that energy release occured in a large-scale,
vertical current sheet above newly formed, hot flare loops.  The
implications of these results for magnetic reconnection models will be
discussed.
