Dear Sonoma workshop participants:

A couple of organizational items need your urgent attention.

1) We've belatedly realized that some participants will show up with
spouses or partners, especially since we are staging this workshop in a
rather nice place. This note is to point out that these persons would
be welcome at the opening reception (Tuesday evening, 17:00-19:00),
at the nightly wine bar/poster sessions, and at the Thursday dinner. We
will have to charge an extra $100 per person for this. The payment can
be made in person or via our Web site at

2) It is time to express preferences for the Thursday evening banquet.
The restaurant offers a choice, and we must order ahead of time; it
will be too late for them at the actual registration, so you need to
choose now or be assigned something willy-nilly. Especially if you
are a vegetarian please let us know - just send a note to the e-mail
address below (info@rhessi-soho-trace.org).

Choice A: Cous cous with grilled skewers of marinated vegetables
Choice B: Grilled salmon with herb-braised artichokes and brandade cake
Choice C: Rotisserie pork loin with semolina gratin, garlicky broccolini
	  and imported mustard fruits
