There is now a template_directory link that contains the Introduction
in a convenient format. It calls its main content with an /input{body}
command that pulls in body.tex. This will make it more convenient for
book assembly when the time comes for that (soon!).

Status as of Oct. 11 2007

Uberczar Emslie and unterczar Dennis have come through with a .pdf.
Nicle also, but it is only a place-holder at present. Loukas also,
ditto. The book has been pasted together but not properly compiled 
yet, even in draft form.

account of hurt feelings.

days past the deadline
