Title: Analysis of Post Flareloops for the Implication of a Magnetic
Reconnection Rate

Abstract: High time resolution TRACE, EIT/SOHO and Yohkoh observations
of a solar flare on 1999 March 18 have been investigated. The postflare
loop was situated on the northeast solar limb. Allowing the expanding
footpoints and the successive brightening of the arcade loops to be
studied in order to find an indication of a possible magnetic
reconnection rate.
