| The Imager for Sprites and Upper Atmospheric Lightning (ISUAL) is a cooperation between the Space Sciences Laboratory (SSL) of the University of California at Berkeley with the National Chen Kung University (NCKU). This cooperation is part of the FORMOSAT-2 project sponsored by the National Space Program Office of Taiwan (NSPO). | |||||||
| The ISUAL instrument will be used to observe Sprites, the aurora, and upper atmospheric airglow from a satellite platform.
A short description of the ISUAL instrument is available. Technical information regarding the UCB ISUAL project will be updated periodically. PowerPoint version of the System Design Review charts are available. Publications will be made available as soon as they are accepted. Software exchange for ISUAL. |
