* Project items for IMPACT

- Current issues: 

  Presentation on schedule rebaseline was given to
  GSFC Program Management Council by Project on Feb 10.
  Critical milestones for all mission investigations
  and spacecraft will be reviewed by this board again
  in 2 months. Our Milestones and top level rebaselined
  schedule can be seen in the IMPACT part of the Mission
  CDR presentation (see below). Please check your
  milestones.
  

- Schedule/Meetings: 
  
  Mission CDR will be Feb. 18-20 at APL.
  Included 1 hr IMPACT presentation can be seen
  on the usual impact "dwc" web site (url at bottom).

  SWAVES CDR held Feb. 11-12.

- Spacecraft: All ICDs needed by mission CDR

- Budget: Tight for '03.


* Instruments

- High priority IMPACT action items for next weeks
  include power converters, SEP detectors 
  STE DAC replacements and parts tests

- Boom Design: T-V chamber options for deployment
  tests need to be discussed again. Also Strategy for
  removing boom from top of mission risk list. 

- Mag parts/screening issues need to be worked

- Status of magnetic cleanliness items: Is SECCHI
  still a possible area of concern?

- Ground strap design being done by Paul Turin
  at UCB. (status?)

- There are currently weekly or biweekly SEP telecons
  on Thursdays, and periodic BOOM and IDPU meetings at UCB. 
  All-team telecons are now once/month:

  2003 IMPACT Wed. telecons, provisional dates
  are second Wednesdays of each month at 9AM Pacific
  (exceptions for major meeting weeks, also subject to
  changes announced by email)

- Phase C Progress Report information will be collected
  by Dave prior to the 15th of each month. Will now include
  milestone tracking.

* Other

- Peter Schroeder (peters@ssl.berkeley.edu) completed
  the Data Management Plan draft. Need to continue
  discussion of a common data format for archive
  purposes in response to CDR panel feedback.

- selected Helios 1/2 data are available for browsing and
  download- as a STEREO in-situ prototype set- at the URL
