From our Team telecon
Wednesday, Jan 9, 2002:

* Project items for IMPACT

- Schedule/Meetings:
  Spacecraft PDR occurred Dec 4-6 at APL.
  IMPACT CDR has been scheduled for Nov 19-20, 2002

- Spacecraft: APL wants to freeze the design by
  June. Send any concerns to Dave Curtis.

- Budget: UCB Phase B/C/D contract is still undergoing
  revisions to reflect the stretched schedule. Dave will
  be asking UCB subcontractors for irregular updates.
  The month-to-month approach requires planning ahead
  on your costs, and spending to schedule.

- Project continues will resume spacecraft coordination
  meetings Thursdays 10AM at APL. Early ones of interest
  are Contamination and Thermal on Feb 7 and Magnetics
  on Feb 21.
