* Project items for IMPACT

- Current events: 

  STEREO Mission Manager Odendahl has been appointed
  for post-launch project maagement at GSFC 

  New GSFC PM contact info: nicholas.g.chrissotimos@nasa.gov

  IRT review of STEREO schedule and cost planned for
  June 23-24. Dave will need all updates.

  Next SWG planned for Sept 28-30 at APL

  Please track the new Project charts at the site

  Inform Dave Curtis of any changes to your items.

- Spacecraft: launch date 02/06

- Budget: Project has received our budget replan with schedule update. 

- Schedule: IMPACT deliveries still on old schedule (Oct 2004 FMs
	   delivery may need to change to November)

- Ops and Data Management: Peter Schroeder is preparing a
		   simulated data processing sequence on
		   a sample data file and may ask for input.

* Instruments

- SWEA FM2 has just been delivered to UCB, so both SWEAs and
  both MAG FMs are now at SSL for integration with electronics
  and testing. 

- Axel Korth delivered second SIT TOF board for inspection,
  delivery to UMD

- GSFC mechanical support still under pressure

- GSFC support for I&T being sought
  (e.g. local to APL help?)

- independent door problems on SEPT and STE being worked.
  SWEA doors actuators need inspection. SWEA also needs
  vibration.

- Actel issue persists, but workarounds are being implemented.

- SEP SEPT detectors and HET detectors and mounts issues persist

- Boom: FMs in construction. STE FM1 in thermal vac. Schedule 
  impacted somewhat by STE problems. (Latest is a noisy preamp).

- Magnetics testing and adjustments on spacecraft still in
  work between GSFC and APL

- Power supplies: SWEA LVPS is having troubles in testing, which
  also impacts IDPU LVPS delivery. FM1 SEP and PLASTIC LVPS delivered.
  FM2 in assembly/test along with FM2 SIT HVPS.
   
- Science: STEREO-featured session planned for fall '04 AGU.

- There are currently weekly or biweekly SEP telecons
  on Thursdays, and periodic BOOM and IDPU meetings at UCB. 
  All-team telecons are now once/month:

  2004 IMPACT Wed. telecons, provisional dates
  are second Wednesdays of each month at 9AM Pacific

  Dec Team Meeting 12/17 or 18
  
- Phase C Progress Report information will be collected
  by Dave prior to the 15th of each month. Will now include
  milestone tracking.
