- Spacecraft: launch date 02/06
- Budget: Project has requested budget replan with schedule update.
- Schedule: IMPACT deliveries still on old schedule (Oct 2004 FMs delivery)
- Data Management: Peter Schroeder has requested data set samples

* Instruments
- Rebudget plans needed at UCB and GSFC
by March 12
- Need to think about I&T staffing support
(possible local to APL help?)
- SEPT underwent some of its environment tests-
and TRR. Vibe test door anomaly addressed.
- Actel issue persists.
- Still issues with SEP detectors and mounts
- Boom: FMs in construction.
- Mag cleanliness issues are still being worked.
- There are currently weekly or biweekly SEP telecons
on Thursdays, and periodic BOOM and IDPU meetings at UCB.
All-team telecons are now once/month:
2004 IMPACT Wed. telecons, provisional dates
are second Wednesdays of each month at 9AM Pacific
