From our Team telecon
Wed Mar 19, 2003:

* Project items for IMPACT

- Current issues:

  Critical milestones for all mission investigations
  and spacecraft will be reviewed by GSFC Project
  Management Council in April, and reviewed monthly
  at IMPACT Tuesday telecons. Please check your own
  milestones at Dave Curtis' impact website.

- Spacecraft: Mission CDR will be complete
	      after next week's Ground System
	      CDR. All other parts raised no
	      major concerns for IMPACT.

- Budget: Need to reduce for '03. Dave will be contacting
	  team groups for assistance.

* Instruments

- Caltech SEP detector mounts continue to need attention

- Boom Design: T-V chamber plans need to be finalized.
  Also test plan revisions as per recent boom workshop
  discussions. Boom is now off the mission Top Ten
  risk list.

- Mag parts/screening issues still need to be worked
  SECCHI magnetics fixes remain to be settled. GSFC
  to travel west to do some testing at LMA.
