I am a fourth year undergrad at UCSC. This summer I worked as an intern with part of the Cassini INMS team,
Dr. Janet Luhman and Dr. Steve Ledvina, at Space Science Labs in Berkeley. INMS is an Ion and Neutral Mass
Spectrometer which is aboard the Cassini space orbiter. Cassini will be orbiting around Saturn for the next few
years. INMS is a direct sensing instrument that analyzes charged particles and neutral particles near Titan and
Saturn which will help us understand their atmospheres. It is also expected to measure positive ion and neutral
environments of Saturn's icy satellites and rings. To learn more about my experience click
