 Note:  Each team is responsible for completing a tri-fold poster for Student Presentations on Thursday, June 6.  The posters will also be displayed at the Award Dinner on Thursday evening.  Please anticipate this deadline and implement a manageable plan (design-wise and time-wise) that ensures completion by using scheduled hours at WFF or evenings at the motel.

Experimenters participate in the full pre-launch preparations so that you know how launch is orchestrated and understand the decision points that contribute to the launch.

 The launch window is June 5 through 7.  If the launch is delayed until June 6 or 7, Student Presentations will not be conducted.

 

Thursday, June 6

 You need to have your (ID, lanyard, notebook and wear closed toe shoes.

 If you aren’t planning to wear your outfit for Student Presentations when we leave the Mariner, please be sure you have all of it WITH you, so you can change.
