Special Issue

There will be a special issue of Icarus resulting from the meeting. Papers are due to Elsevier by September 22. Normal format and charges for Icarus will apply. Mike Combi is the Icarus editor for the issue, and Dave Brain is the guest editor. Papers that will be considered must contain original research (not reviews) related to the scientific topics covered at the meeting (but need not have been presented at the meeting).
