NAME: Combined_SUBTITLE PURPOSE: Take a prepared string for both the title and pi line of the subtitle and properly place them on the plot. CALLING SEQUENCE: project_subtitle, a, pi_list, title INPUTS: a = variable structure returned from read_mycdf which will be used to determine the project and pi affiliation (only if the pi_list is too short to be believable). title = string to place at the top of the gif. pi_list - line containing combine PI's to go at the bottom of the plot file OUTPUTS: KEYWORD PARAMETERS: AUTHOR: Tami Kovalick QSS Group Inc.
