Welcome to Gang Li's Homepage.

I am a space physicist working at Space Science Laboratory, University of California at Berkeley.
My research interests focus mainly on particle acceleration and transport in space plamas, and solar wind MHD turbulence. At present, I am working on the following projects:
modeling particle acceleration at a Coronal Mass Ejection Driven (CME-driven) wave.
modeling transport of energetic particles in the heliosphere.
studying solar wind MHD turbulence, in particular the intermittent characters of it.

A list of publication of mine can be found here, and here is my CV.

I am the editor of the conference proceedings of 4th IGPP international astrophysics conference: The Physics of Collisionless Shocks, AIP 781, 233, 2005.

I taught the course of "Contemporary Physics" for the Osher Life Long Learning program at UCR extension. The slides of the course material can be found here.

Here is my research log.

In my spare time, I like to play badminton, chess and go, htdocPHY89.
