HESSI Simulated data File Flare parameters

This is a table of the Control parameters used for the 10 flares in the HESSI simulated data file now online at http://hessi.ssl.berkeley.edu/data/test_data . A complete description of HESSI simulation control Parameters is available online.

Go to the HESSI web site for information on how to download the HESSI test data.

For each flare the table contains, the number of sources, the source size, the time profile, the peak photons per second per collimator, the form of the photon spectrum, the energy band, the Offset of the center of the image in arcseconds, the relative offset of each source, the flare peak time, and the flare start and end times.

Note that the flare peak time for the flat time profile flares is obtained from the flare list in the file.
