Welcome!
My name is Ying Liu.
I am an Assistant Research Physicist at the
Space
Sciences Laboratory,
UC
Berkeley. I
got my Ph.D. from the
Department of Physics at
MIT in
2007.
My
research interests include space plasma
physics, solar physics, and space weather.
My current work is focused on coronal mass
ejections (CMEs). I use multi-spacecraft
data, complemented with theoretical analysis
and numerical simulations, to investigate
the evolution and propagation of CMEs from
the Sun to interplanetary space.
