In terms of our friends and family who helped, the list is long, but I will try and mention everyone! Here it goes: Our parents helped with practically everything and they really made it possible. Hummux Huff, Tom's uncle, gave us the idea of having the wedding at the Brazilian Room. Emory Menefee, Laura's dad's friend from college, booked the Brazilian Room for us, which involved learning the rules and taking a test on them! Barbara Hartford and Jim Strong, Tom's aunt and uncle (we think of them this way still!), delivered, set up and took down the PA system. Warner Peticolas, Laura's dad, accompanied on harpsichord Nina Tanti, Laura's sister, on flute while people sat down for the ceremony. Don Hampton, Laura and Tom's friend, played piano for the ceremony and after the ceremony while people mingled and ate appetizers. Jim Conner, Laura and Tom's friend, performed the ceremony. Hans Eide, Laura and Tom's friend, DJ'ed while we all danced, danced, danced until we had to leave the Brazilian Room. Bevin McNally, Laura and Tom's friend, took care of all the wedding details as the wedding coordinator. Jessie Barnes, Carrie Talus, Jessica Bull and Rachel Brown, friends of Laura's and now Tom's, were four out of six of the bridesmaids and took care of Laura for days before and at the wedding. Alicia Peticolas, Laura's sister, and Heidi Immel, Tom's sister, also were bridesmaids and helped in calming Laura and making her smile. Matt Hausman, Matt Heavner, Matt Krynicki, Dave Newbart and Jeremy Butler, Tom's friends and now Laura's, were the groomsmen and helped to take care of Tom the days before and at the wedding. Matt Hausman became known as hausboy because he was so incredibly helpful. There were so many others helping behind the scene: Amy Waangart, Tom's friend and now Laura's, helped the bridesmaids; Phil Peticolas, Laura's brother and Patrice Tanti, Laura's brother-in-law, helped Warner get and take back the harpsichord. Tim Ebling, Laura's friend and now Tom's, wrote a piece of music to dance to on our wedding and Hans played it! Am I missing anyone??? Oh, and all of our wonderful friends and family who made it all the way to California for our special day. THANK YOU ALL SOOOO MUCH! You made it the amazing wedding it was.
