(1) Solar Activity

~B level background, 3 C flares only so far. Activity is not expected to 
pick up soon.



(2) Memory Management

On Wednesday Dec 8 (2004-344-08:01:46 UT) the decimation state was 
switched from "normal_vigorous" to "50_normal_vigorous" (IDPU 
science version #24)

On Monday Dec 13 (2004-349-04:36:44 UT) the decimation state was switched 
from "50_normal_vigorous" to "50_normal_active" (IDPU science version 
#23)



(3) Special Operations

On Wednesday Dec 8 a spinup was done and a new ATS was loaded which turns 
off DIB 8 events when the AFT antenna is on. 

Also, the HV command was changed from a value of "48" (906.9 V) to a 
value of "46" (882.4 V).
