Tohban report, 21-mar-2005 to 28-mar-2005 Abigail Goodhue agoodhue@ssl.berkeley.edu 1) Solar Activity: Activity was low this week. The GOES baseline is down to A3, after a week of declining activity. How many GOES flares occurred? Flares above B, C, M, X class were 35 2 0 0 And how many of these are listed in the RHESSI flare list? Flares above B, C, M, X class were 5 2 0 0 And how many had EXCELLENT coverage? Flares above B, C, M, X class were 4 1 0 0 There were RHESSI flares/GOES flares 9 / 37 over the time range 21-Mar-05 28-Mar-05 However, there were some small flares that were marked as a GOES flare, but not tagged as a RHESSI flare. Once I poked through the data a bit, it turns out the coverage was more like 21 / 37. 2) Memory Managment: Fill level was not a problem this week: typically in the single digits. 3) Data Gaps: GAPS IN APP_ID = 102 (VC3-MONITOR RATES) WITH PACKET RATE LT 30 GAP START TIME GAP END TIME GAP (SEC) 2005-03-23 00:10:00.000 -- 2005-03-23 00:15:00.000 300.00000 2005-03-24 18:35:00.000 -- 2005-03-24 18:40:00.000 300.00000 2005-03-25 18:40:00.000 -- 2005-03-25 18:45:00.000 300.00000 2005-03-25 23:15:00.000 -- 2005-03-25 23:20:00.000 300.00000 2005-03-26 14:05:00.000 -- 2005-03-26 14:15:00.000 600.00000 2005-03-27 01:45:00.000 -- 2005-03-27 01:55:00.000 600.00000 2005-03-27 12:00:00.000 -- 2005-03-27 12:10:00.000 600.00000 Next Week's Tohban is Martin
