1. Solar Activity: 

Nothing - Occassinally the GOES level has gotten above A.
There are no GEV files and no GOES events for this time period.
No confirmed flares in the RHESSI database either, but 2 possible
small ones on 8-feb-2008, at 0311 and 1556 UT.

2. Memory Managment:

Decimation was normal/active for the week. Front segment events are
turned off during eclipses. The SSR is at 0%
