Spacecraft Management

During this week the cryocooler power was increased from 46W to 52W. Soon after the power increase, communications with the spacecraft became difficult resulting in the total loss of commanding capability. The ATS ran out at 161-23:23:59 UTC, which means that RHESSI will no longer turn on the transmitter, for scheduled contacts and blind acquisition won't work without an uplink. After the spacecraft goes four days without receiving a command, it will run an RTS which will power off the cryocooler. At that point, the receiver should cool enough to get some commands in.
