This week's solar activity was made up of fewer large flares but a large number of small, B-class flares. Five active regions remain on the Sun although most of them will rotate off the disk in the next day.  STEREO B shows little activity, so the Sun is expected to stay quiet for the next several days. However, the tohban did have a dream that there was an X-class flare, so maybe this was a premonition. :)

This week NOAA AR 11112 further evolved and produced a number of C class flares and an M class flare. AR 11112 will rotate off the disk in the next 2 days. There are currently 6 active regions on disk.
