Solar Activity

There are currently 9 active regions on disk. However 6 of these will rotate over the limb within the next 24 hours, including AR 11367 which has produced 18 (mainly low) C class flares in the last 36 hours. Despite the number of active regions on disk over the past week (14 max at any one time), there were no M class flares.
