Solar Activity

Solar activity was very low this week. There are currently 6 ARs on the disk with the probability of some isolated C class flare in the following days.

How many GOES flares occurred?

 Flares above B, C, M, X class were 15 1 0 0

And how many of these are listed in the RHESSI flare list?

 Flares above B, C, M, X class were 10 0 0 0

And how many had EXCELLENT coverage?

 Flares above B, C, M, X class were 7 0 0 0

There were RHESSI flares/GOES flares 53 / 16 over the time range 29-Jul-15 05-Aug-15

Memory Management

The SSR fill level reached a maximum of ~27% and a minimum of about ~0% during the week.

Spacecraft Status

The cold plate 1 and 2 are at about 129.7 K and 128.2 K respectively.

Data Gaps

No data gaps this week

Detector issues

Detector 9 shows a low front livetime, to mitigate this a fast front threshold was made and a HV commanding, changing the threshold from 0x50 to 0x60 and decreasing the detector voltage by 20 steps, sitting now at 2230.4. As a result no significant change in the livetime was observed, the change was ~10-15 percent and is currently at ~46%.

2015-212-21:41:47 /IDPUTABLE9 OFFSET=FRONTFASTDAC
2015-212-21:42:36 /IDPLOAD VALUE=0x60  : was 0x50
2015-215-20:32:17 /IHVDAC DETECTOR=9, VOLTAGE=116  ; decrease by 20 counts

Detector 8 fast threshold was also change to increase its livetime, first from 0x30 to 0x40, and later from 0x40 to 0x50.

2015-212-21:41:18 /IDPUTABLE8 OFFSET=FRONTFASTDAC
2015-212-21:41:31 /IDPLOAD VALUE=0x40  : was 0x30
2015-215-20:31:46 /IDPUTABLE8 OFFSET=FRONTFASTDAC
2015-215-20:31:56 /IDPLOAD VALUE=0x50  ; was 0x40

Detector 4 and 6 shows elevated front slow and reset rates, but relatively low front fast rates.
