Solar Activity

Some activity, including M flares

How many GOES flares occurred?

 Flares above B, C, M, X class were 24 37 4 0

And how many of these are listed in the RHESSI flare list?

 Flares above B, C, M, X class were 14 22 3 0

And how many had EXCELLENT coverage?

 Flares above B, C, M, X class were 9 10 2 0

There were RHESSI flares/GOES flares 181 / 65 over the time range 09-Feb-16 16-Feb-16

Memory Management

Decimation was active/vigorous for the full time period. Both front and rear detectors are off during SC night, except for 4 minutes on either side. The SSR was at 0.4% at the end of today's passes.

Spacecraft Status

The cold plates, 1 and 2 are at 134.4 and 132.8 K

Data Gaps

No VC1 Gaps

VC3 Gaps GAPS IN APP_ID = 102 (VC3-MONITOR RATES) WITH PACKET RATE LT 30

GAP START TIME GAP END TIME GAP (SEC)

2016-02-15T17:05:00.000 -- 2016-02-15T17:15:00.000 600.00000

Detector issues

Detectors 2 and 4 are unsegmented, Detectors 3, 6, 8 and 9 are off.

D4 - On Feb 11, we lowered the front slow threshold from 0xA0 to 0x80 for an orbit. No effect on the memory was noted. 2 small flares occurred during this orbit
