Solar Activity

Solar activity during this week was at low levels. Currently there is only one active region on disk. Solar activity is expected to be very low, with a chance for C-class flares and a slight chance for M-class flares all three days (16-18 Aug), primarily due to the continued instability, increased flare potential and recent activity trends of Region 2671.

The HV was lowered 400V in Detectors G3 and G6 on 2017-08-09 at 19:56 UTC in an attempt to increase their livetime.
