Solar Activity

Solar activity remained extremely low as the visible solar disk remains spotless. Solar activity is expected to remain very low for another week, due to the lack of active regions.

Spacecraft Management

A successful contact on Friday the 13th. On Monday, there was a meeting to discuss an option of turning on the balancer in an attempt to improve the receiver performance.

Later on Monday, another successful contact was made and an ATS (with commands for scheduled passes and decommissioning on August 11) was uploaded. However, the spacecraft ACS came up in IDLE mode. A spin up was executed on Tuesday.
