Solar Activity
The solar activity was relatively low throughout the week although there were numerous C-class flares. There are currently 9 active regions on the disk and STEREO B shows no significantly bright region that would rotate onto the disk within a few days.
Memory Management
The SSR had been relatively high due to extra aspect data.
Spacecraft Status
The cold plates, 1 and 2 were at 118 .3 and 116.9 K, respectively, on 2014-04-16.
Data Gaps
No data gap
Detector issues
Many threshold/HV changes were made in G4 rear, G6 front and G8 rear, because their livetime kept decreasing. The G9 change was made to try to restore recorded events.
- G6 front fast threshold increased to 0xD0 (2014-04-10), 0xE0 (2014-04-11), HV decreased by 10 counts (2014-04-13), front fast threshold increased to 0xE0 (2014-04-15)
- G4 rear fast threshold increased to 0x60 (2014-04-10) and 0x70 (2014-04-15)
- G8 rear fast threshold increased to 0xC0 (on 2014-04-10), 0xD0 (on 2014-04-11), 0xE0 (2014-04-14) and 0xF0 (2014-04-15)
- G9 rear fast threshold decreased to 0x60 (on 2014-04-11)
