Accompanying Persons

Accompanying persons are very welcome to attend the workshop social activities. These include the Reception on Sunday evening, the 20-Year EBIT reception, the Banquet, hors d' oeuvres and drinks during the Poster Session, and the trip to Livermore (including a box lunch for the bus and refreshments at LLNL).

Because we need to plan ahead, we ask that you tell us no later than October 31 of any person(s) accompanying you to the meeting. There is a $30 charge per accompanying person payable at the start of the Workshop. Please email Doris Via-Craig with the number of people you would like to invite as accompanying guests.
