To give a presentation at ASOS10 you must submit an abstract to ASOS10(at)ssl.berkeley.edu. The deadline for receiving your abstract is Friday, June 18, 2010. Please use the following template when submitting an abstract: Abstract submissions will be accepted only via email. Please send your final abstract to ASOS10. Contributed presentations are given in poster format. Posters should fit in a 5-foot wide space (about 150 cm). Please note that this is 2 feet more than the width stated originally. There is a limited number of slots reserved for contributed oral presentations. If you would like your work to be considered for an oral presentation, please indicate so in your email. Only abstracts received on or before Friday, April 30, 2010, will be considered for oral presentation. The length of an oral contribution is 12 mins. We will notify you no later than June 15, whether your request for an oral contribution can be accommodated. Note: We will not edit your submitted abstract, it will be printed in the conference schedule as received. |
