Important Dates

In order to be considered for a contributed oral presentation, abstracts must be received by April 30, 2010.

Early registration ends April 30, 2010.

Abstracts for poster contributions will be accepted until June 18, 2010.

On-campus housing registration has been extended by five days (due to glitch on payment page) and will be accepted until July 18, 2010.

On-campus housing payment deadline has been extended by five days and is July 18, 2010.

Online registration deadline: July 18, 2010. Registrantation after this deadline will be accepted but registrants will no longer will receive a banquet ticket.

The SOC will meet at noon on Aug 5, 2010 to discuss proposals for ASOS11.

Manuscript submission (invited & contributed presentations): September 25, 2010.

Hotel rooms at the reduced conference rate are available on a first-come first-serve basis. It really pays to book your room early, as availability is limited at both the Berkeley City Club and the Shattuck Plaza Hotel, and the reduced rates will sell out. Please make your reservations for On-Campus housing as early as possible so that we can accommodate everyone who wants to take advantage of this possibility. See the Accommodation page.

Details and deadlines for signing up for the conference outing will be announced in the near future.

Visas

Conference participants from outside the United States should check whether a visa is needed to enter the US. Please contact us, if you require a letter of invitation to the conference in order to obtain a visa to enter the US.
