Berkeley City Club

The Welcome Reception and all Oral Presentation will take place at the City Club of Berkeley. Located a block away from the UC Berkeley campus, the City Club is in the heart of an intellectual and cultural center. The Berkeley City Club provides a historic setting for conferences and local events. A limited number of beautiful accommodations are available to out of town guests as well as locals. The City Club also boasts a large indoor swimming pool and several courtyard gardens for relaxation.

Wireless internet will be available in the meeting rooms, but participants must use their own laptops to access it. We will also set up several desktop computers for accessing the internet and printing.

A computer LCD projector and an overhead projector will be available for the oral presentations.

Poster Session

The poster sessions will be held on Friday, August 6, in the main lounge of Putnam Hall of UNIT I at 2650 Durant Avenue. UNIT I also provides on-campus housing for ASOS attendees and is only 0.6 km from the Berkeley City Club, which is also located on Durant Avenue. The map below shows both venues.

Banquet

The conference dinner will be held on Thursday, August 5, at the Faculty Club of the Unversity of California, Berkeley. The map below shows how to get to the banquet venue.
